Patient Education and Liaison

You will be provided with a detailed explanation about your condition, as well as written information.

With your consent, your therapist will notify your GP or other relevant health care providers about your condition and services received. On occasion your therapist may recommend a review by a medical specialist. This will be communicated in a timely manner with you and your GP.
